「如是所執至未滅無故」者，經部破。如是所執非擇滅體應是無常，法未滅時其體無故，後法滅時其體方有。

On "The entity so posited [up to] because prior to cessation it does not exist": the Sautrāntika refutes this. The entity of apratisaṃkhyā-nirodha posited in this way would have to be impermanent, because when a dharma has not yet ceased, its entity does not exist, and only later when the dharma ceases does its entity come to be.
