「能為彼種至故名與果」者，答。種是能生義。因有生果之能，故名取果。彼所生果，其因正與彼果力時，故名與果。

"Being able to act as a seed for that, up to: 'hence it is called giving a fruit'": this is the answer. "Seed" has the meaning of being capable of producing. Because the cause has the capacity to produce a fruit, it is called grasping the fruit. For that produced fruit, when its cause is directly imparting capacity to that fruit, it is therefore called giving the fruit.
