「本論唯說至故無有失」者，通本論。本論唯說能取果、與果諸同類因言在過、現，不說未來非取果、與果諸同類因，故無有失。

"The root treatises only state ... therefore there is no error": This interprets the root treatises. The root treatises only state that the various similar causes capable of grasping a fruit and giving a fruit are in the past and present; they do not speak of the various similar causes in the future that do not grasp or give a fruit; therefore there is no error.
