「雖餘因性至總即別名」者，此即釋名。於六因內，雖餘五因據無障住亦得名能作因，各有別稱從別立名。然能作因更無別稱，如色處等，總即別名。

"Although the nature of the other causes […] the general is itself the specific name:" this explains the name. Among the six causes, although the other five causes could also be called efficient causes in terms of abiding without obstruction, each has a specific designation and is named according to that specific distinction. However, the efficient cause has no other specific designation, just like the sense-sphere of form (rūpāyatana) and so forth: the general is itself the specific name.
