「雖爾厭倦至容起加行」者，答。雖不相順，厭倦煩惱數現行，為欲了知起過失境，煩惱無間容起加行。

As for "Although so, being weary … it is permissible to arise as applied preparation": this is an answer. Although they are not concordant, because one is weary of the defilements repeatedly manifesting, and desires to know the objects that give rise to faults, immediately following defilements it is permissible for applied preparation to arise.
