「如是已釋至為增上緣故」者，釋第六句，此出體也。若據法體，亦攝前三緣，以體相雜故。據用各別，故離三緣別說增上。

Regarding 'Having explained in this way … serves as the sovereign condition': this explains the sixth line, identifying its intrinsic entity. If based on the entity of dharmas, it also subsumes the previous three conditions, because the entities are intermingled. Based on their distinct functions, the sovereign condition is stated separately from the three conditions.
