「俱有諸法至故唯此體廣」者，答。總相而論二緣體等，別據剎那即有少多。俱有諸法未甞為所緣境，然為增上緣，故增上廣。

Regarding 'All co-arising dharmas … therefore only its entity is broad': this is the reply. Speaking in terms of general characteristics, the entities of the two conditions are equal; but based specifically on a single moment, there is less and more. Co-arising dharmas have never served as an objective condition, yet they serve as sovereign conditions; therefore, the sovereign condition is broad.
