「已說諸緣至由幾緣生」者，此下第三明法從緣生。就中，一總明諸法、二隨難別解。此即總明諸法，結前問起。

"Having spoken of the conditions... up to ...by how many conditions do they arise?": from here below is the third part, clarifying the arising of dharmas from conditions. Within this, first it clarifies all dharmas in general, and second it specifically resolves difficulties. This is the general clarification of all dharmas, concluding the preceding and introducing the question.
