「若執自在至此於後時」者，外道得難轉計。雖因自在，復由欲故，非皆頓起。

"If one posits that Īśvara... up to ...this is at a later time": the non-Buddhist, facing the objection, modifies his position. Although Īśvara is the cause, it is further due to desire; hence they do not all arise simultaneously.
