8.26

「彼界此二種至能伏色想」者，說一切有部答。由因勝故，其果亦強。前說彼定能伏色想，故說為勝。或伏色想，彼不依色。

"These two kinds in that realm... capable of subduing the notion of form" is the answer of the Sarvāstivāda. Because the cause is superior, its fruit is also strong. It was previously stated that that absorption is capable of subduing the notion of form, hence it is said to be superior. Or, subduing the notion of form, they do not rely on form.
