「若爾便應至不成釋難」者，論主難有大過失。諸由正理可得證知，則一切支皆應不須更說經證，故上坐說不成釋難。

Regarding "If so, then it would follow that [...] does not constitute an explanation resolving the difficulty": the author of the treatise objects that there is a major fault. If whatever can be proven and known through correct reasoning would mean that all links need not be further stated with scriptural proof, then what the Sthavira said does not constitute an explanation resolving the difficulty.
