若「爾就得涅槃應然」者，論主復難。名未來無漏法，由善思力已造作故起得得，彼即名有為。涅槃亦由善思力故起得得涅槃，涅槃應名有為。故言若爾就得涅槃應然。

Regarding "If so, with respect to acquisition, nirvāṇa should be likewise": the author of the treatise objects again. The so-called future uncontaminated dharmas give rise to acquisition because they have already been produced by the power of wholesome volition, and they are called conditioned. Nirvāṇa also gives rise to the acquisition of nirvāṇa because of the power of wholesome volition, so nirvāṇa should be called conditioned. Therefore he says: "If so, with respect to acquisition, nirvāṇa should be likewise."
