「或復無難至細麁飲食」者，明無難出胎。如刀、如灰麁澁兩手。清蘇，謂醍醐也。餘文可知。

"Or again, without difficulty […] subtle and coarse food and drink": this clarifies emerging from the womb without difficulty. Like a knife or like ash, rough and coarse hands. Clarified butter refers to ghee. The rest of the text is readily understood.
