「於母胎等至五蘊名識」者，胎等，等取濕、化二生，彼不入胎故。初剎那中識最勝故，以識標名。

"In the mother's womb, etc... the five aggregates are called consciousness": "womb, etc.", "etc." includes moisture-born and apparitional births, as they do not enter a womb. Because consciousness is most prominent in the first moment, it is designated by the name of consciousness.
