論「若爾無學至非意界故」，難也。若以後識依故名為意者，無學後心無能依識，應非意界。

Regarding the commentary statement from "If so, an aśaikṣa's" up to "is not the mind dhātu": this is an objection. If it is called mind because it is the support for a subsequent consciousness, then the final mind of an aśaikṣa has no supported consciousness, and so should not be a mind dhātu.
