論「此釋越經至廣如前說」，破第三說。前說物所聚故，與經聚同，兼破二說亦得。經不說荷果重擔義名為蘊故，《正理論》第三釋亦得為正。

[On the quote from the] *Śāstra*: “This explanation departs from the sūtra… as extensively explained before,” this refutes the third explanation. The earlier explanation of ‘because things are gathered’ is identical with the sūtra’s ‘collection’, so it can also simultaneously refute the second explanation. Because the sūtra does not teach that the sense of a heavy burden of shouldering results is called a skandha, the third explanation in the *Nyāyānusāra* may also be taken as correct.
