論「欲令世間得擇故」，釋頌說意。令諸眾生得擇法者，謂得無漏慧簡擇四諦，斷煩惱也。
On the text of the treatise: "Desiring that the world attain discernment": this explains the intention behind the preaching in the verse. Causing all sentient beings to attain the discernment of dharmas means attaining uncontaminated wisdom (anāsrava-prajñā) to discern the four noble truths and sever afflictions.
