論「若法唯於至非本所誦」，乘便明善大地等。大不善地是今所增，非本論先有。
On the Śāstra's statement: "If a dharma only in ... not part of the original recitation": taking this opportunity to explain the wholesome omnipresent factors, etc. The major unwholesome ground is an addition of today, not originally present in the fundamental treatise.
