論「等言為顯至非異非無」，舉第三也。「非法」，謂不善法。「非義」，謂不善義。「非事」，謂不善事等。是彼法、義、事敵對，故不是異法等法無等也。

The treatise says: "The word 'and the rest' is to show ... neither different nor non-existent." This presents the third analogy. "Unrighteousness" refers to unwholesome phenomena. "Non-benefit" refers to unwholesome benefit. "Non-affair" refers to unwholesome affairs, and so on. Because they are the direct antitheses of those phenomena, benefits, and affairs, they are not merely different from phenomena or the non-existence of phenomena.
