10.23
論「雖復能遮至此說為善」，論主評取有部義也。准此，論主不定執一宗，理長即取。
The treatise says: "Although it can again be countered ... this statement is good." The author of the treatise evaluates and accepts the Sarvāstivāda view. From this we know that the author does not cling rigidly to a single school, but adopts whichever reasoning is superior.
