論「又執煩惱皆是無明」，述異計也。此師意說：一切煩惱皆不了境竝是無明。

The treatise says: "Furthermore, some hold that all afflictions are ignorance." This relates a divergent position. The intention of this master is to state: all afflictions do not comprehend their objects, and thus are all ignorance.
