論「應於染慧不說總名」，反難也。難云：若貪染心說差別名云貪染心，因何染慧即說總名云無明染慧？

The treatise says: "Then for tainting discernment, the collective name should not have been used." This is a counter-objection. The objection says: If attachment tainting the mind is spoken of using the differentiated name "attachment taints the mind," why is it that when tainting discernment is mentioned, it is spoken of using the collective name "ignorance taints discernment"?
