「論曰至形量不同」，此明三千大千世界形量不同。三輪等異，諸部同許。

From "The treatise says" to "different in shape and measure": this clarifies that the shapes and measures of a great trichiliocosm are different. That the three discs and so forth are different is agreed upon by all schools.
