論「一類外道至餘極微在」，自此已下破勝論也。彼外道計執極微常，彼謂劫壞但壞麁色，爾時猶有餘祖常微。

The treatise says: "A class of outsiders … other atoms remain." From here on, it refutes the Vaiśeṣikas. Those outsiders maintain and grasp that atoms are permanent; they hold that when the kalpa is destroyed, only coarse form is destroyed, and at that time the remaining original, permanent atoms still exist.
