論「別解脫律儀至別解脫律儀」，破第七證。此亦准前由意樂力。謂由思願力，先立要期能定，遮防身、語惡業，由斯故立別解脫律儀。准此意樂，即是思願。

The treatise says: "Prātimokṣa-saṃvara... prātimokṣa-saṃvara." This refutes the seventh proof. This also follows the previous [reasoning] through the power of intention. That is, by the power of intention and aspiration, one previously establishes a firm resolution capable of definitively checking and preventing evil bodily and vocal karma; because of this, prātimokṣa-saṃvara is established. According to this, 'intention' is precisely intention and aspiration.
