「論曰至果仍續起」，此釋無表唯通善、不善也。無記不能發無表故，所以無表唯是善、惡。

"The commentary states: ... its fruit still continues to arise." This explains that avijñapti applies only to the wholesome and unwholesome. Because the indeterminate cannot initiate avijñapti, avijñapti is only good or evil.
