13.32

論「應共審思至無故不見」，此是論主令正量部審思。火合為是令後不生，非是令生者滅。

Treatise: "One should consider together […] they are not seen because they are non-existent." Here the author bids the Sammitīya school to consider carefully: conjunction with fire causes subsequent ones not to arise; it is not that it causes that which has arisen to perish.
