13.75

論「此應名為至心俱轉故」，有部出過。既熏於心差別功能與心俱轉，此則應同道、定共戒名心隨轉。

On the Śāstra's statement: "This should be called [... to ...] because it operates together with the mind": The Sarvāstivādins point out an error. Since it perfuses the mind with a distinct efficacy and operates together with the mind, this then should be like the precepts shared with the path or with absorption, called "operating in accordance with the mind" (cittānuvartin).
