論「謂諸行增語至立晝夜名」，答也。增語是名，即是有為法光位闇位立晝夜名。
The treatise says: "It refers to the designation of conditioned formations ... establishing the names day and night." This is the answer. "Designation" (adhivacana) is name; that is, the names day and night are established on the illuminated and dark phases of conditioned phenomena.
