14.120

論「受此律儀至如新異故」，釋律儀嚴飾異也。富貴者常嚴身具雖復精花，不生憍逸故亦得戒。

The commentary states: "One who receives this saṃvara [...] because they are new and unusual", which explains the variation in adornments [and the violation of] saṃvara. For the rich and noble, although their everyday personal adornments are exquisite, since they do not give rise to pride and heedlessness, they also obtain the precepts.
