論「若不具支至諸惡業故」，答受尸羅支所以。若不受尸羅支，不能離性罪。
The commentary states: "If one does not complete the factors [...] various evil karmas", which answers the rationale for receiving the factor of śīla. If one does not receive the factor of śīla, one cannot abstain from prakṛtisāvadya.
