論「此不相違己發戒故」，有部答。既已發戒，非是唯三歸即名鄔波索迦。
The commentary states: "This does not contradict it, because the precepts have already been engendered", the Sarvāstivāda answers. Since the precepts have already been engendered, it is not that one is named an upāsaka merely by the three refuges.
