「論曰至非非梵行」，此有三因。此即初文。准此，非梵行不感惡趣。

On the passage in the treatise from "The treatise states" up to "not unchaste conduct": here there are three reasons. This is the first reason. According to this, unchaste conduct (abrahmacarya) does not induce a bad rebirth.
