論「豈不無表至所作自體」，問也。以契經說無表律儀名為不造亦名不作，既名不作，如何是業？
The treatise says: "Does not avijñapti […] the intrinsic nature of what is done?" is a question. Because the sūtras say that avijñapti-saṃvara is called non-performing and also called non-doing, since it is called non-doing, how can it be karma?
