14.32
論「能防身語故名律儀」，第四名也。由此戒力防惡身、語，依法儀式，故名律儀。
The treatise says: "Because it guards body and speech, it is called discipline (saṃvara)," the fourth name. Because the power of these precepts guards against evil bodily and verbal [actions] according with proper Dharma conduct, it is called discipline.
