論「從第二念至名為後起」，釋第二念已去不名業道、不名別解脫也。
The treatise says: "From the second moment onward […] are called subsequent factors (pṛṣṭha)," explaining why from the second moment onward they are not called courses of action and not called prātimokṣa.
