14.43
論「靜慮生者至此亦應然」，明成靜慮律儀人也。一切得靜慮及未至者皆得此律儀。
The treatise says: "Those born in dhyāna […] here it should also be so" explains the persons who possess the dhyāna-born discipline (dhyāna-saṃvara). All who attain dhyāna and the threshold concentration (anāgamya) obtain this discipline.
