論「律儀亦爾至容有律儀」，釋成律儀也。三洲男、女與惡戒同，更加天趣，謂道、定戒。

The Śāstra says: "Discipline is likewise: [...] can possess discipline." This explains the possession of discipline. Men and women of the three continents are the same as with evil discipline; in addition, the heavenly rebirths are included, referring to the discipline of the path and the discipline of absorption.
