論「然諸聖者至如後當辨」，釋得果位利鈍同，不造生、後也。聖人已離欲染得阿那含果，離有頂染得阿羅漢果，退不經生。縱是退性，不造生、後。

From the treatise's "However, all noble beings..." to "...as will be analyzed later," this explains that at the stage of attaining the fruit, the sharp and dull are alike in not performing [karma experienced in the next or] subsequent [lives]. Having already separated from desire and passion, the noble one attains the fruit of an anāgāmin; having separated from the passion of the Peak of Existence, one attains the fruit of an arhat; their regression does not pass through rebirth. Even if they are of a regressing nature, they do not perform [karma experienced in the next or] subsequent [lives].
