論「若於異熟至不受異熟」，釋位熟俱不定者，由離染故總不受也。

From the treatise's "If both ripening..." to "...does not experience ripening," this explains that for that which is indeterminate in both stage and ripening, due to detachment from passion, it is entirely unexperienced.
