論「若依貪生至貪濁類故」，別釋濁也。《正理論》云「貪名濁者，謂貪現前染著所緣，是染性故，從彼生等。」准前應釋，更有兩翻出曲、穢、濁業，與此論不同，恐繁不述。

The Śāstra says: "If produced based on greed […] because it belongs to the category of greedy turbidity"—this explains 'turbid' specifically. The *Nyāyānusāra* says: "Greed is called 'turbid' because when greed is present, it taints and clings to its intentional object, being of a defiled nature; what is produced from it, and so forth [are also turbid]." It should be explained by analogy with the above. There are two further interpretations presenting crooked, foul, and turbid karma that differ from this treatise, but for fear of prolixity they are not set forth.
