論「彼遍損善至故得具支」，答也。彼遍損七支善意樂故，得七支不律儀。
The treatise says: "Because they universally impair the wholesome... hence they acquire [it] complete with all branches."
This is the answer. Because they universally impair the wholesome motivation of the seven branches, they acquire the non-restraint of all seven branches.
