15.53

論「得餘無表至諸福業事」，已下釋得餘處中無表由三因也。此是初因，謂由田也。不簡心之輕重，但初施園等即發無表。

On the text "Obtaining the remaining unmanifest … undertakings of meritorious deeds": what follows explains that obtaining the remaining intermediate unmanifest [karma] is due to three causes. This is the first cause, meaning it is due to the field. Without distinguishing whether the mind is light or heavy, merely by initially donating a garden or the like, the unmanifest is immediately produced.
