15.54

論「二者由受至常施食等」，第二因也。等者，等施衣等及惡業等。此由受者，不簡輕、重及未作業，要期誓受即發無表。

On the text "Second, by acceptance … constantly giving food, etc.": this is the second cause. "Etc." includes giving clothing and the like, as well as bad deeds and the like. "This being due to acceptance" means that without distinguishing light or heavy, and even before performing the deed, simply by undertaking the vow and accepting it, the unmanifest is immediately produced.
