論「有餘部言至皆止息故」，述法密部計。此同《婆沙》持律者計。此加法滅，戒亦捨故。
On the text "Other schools say … because they all cease": this recounts the Dharmaguptaka doctrine. This is identical to the doctrine of the Vinaya masters in the Vibhāṣā. This adds the disappearance of the Dharma, upon which the precepts are also abandoned.
