論「謂於世尊至為犯重罪緣」，經部答也。有二凶勃：一解了義經令成不了、二與多煩惱者為犯重罪緣。
On the text "Namely, regarding the World-Honoured One … serving as a condition for committing grave offenses": the Sautrāntika answers. There are two reckless things: first, interpreting an explicit sūtra so as to turn it into an implicit one; second, providing a condition for those with abundant afflictions to commit grave offenses.
