論「有餘師說至及邪論等」，第二釋也。前之三語從別得名。離前三語，染心所發，名雜穢語。

On the Śāstra's statement: "Other masters say... and heterodox treatises, etc.": This is the second explanation. The preceding three types of speech receive their names from their specific nature. Apart from the preceding three types of speech, what is uttered with a defiled mind is called idle chatter.
