「論曰至但立遮名」,釋性罪、遮罪俱名犯戒體。頌於性罪立犯戒名;遮罪名遮,不名犯戒。先釋犯戒及遮,後釋離也。

From the Śāstra's "It is said in the treatise..." down to "...only the name 'prohibition' is established": this explains that both innate transgressions (prakṛtisāvadya) and proscriptive transgressions (pratikṣepaṇāsāvadya) are designated by the substance of breaking precepts. The verse establishes the name 'breaking precepts' for innate transgressions; proscriptive transgressions are named 'prohibitions,' not 'breaking precepts.' First it explains breaking precepts and prohibitions, and then it explains abstention.
