論「施類福業事傍論已了」，已下大文第二明戒、修也。就中：一明戒、二明修、三明戒、修果。此一頌第一明戒。

Regarding the Śāstra's "The incidental discussion on the meritorious basis of the class of giving is concluded": below is the second major section, explaining morality and cultivation. Within this: first, morality is explained; second, cultivation is explained; third, the results of morality and cultivation are explained. This one stanza is the first, explaining morality.
