18.64
論「生生常能至常無退屈」，釋後二定。自此已後自性恒知，非是前時全不知也。
The Śāstra states: "In every life, he is constantly able [...] constantly free from regression." This explains the latter two certitudes. From this time onward, he intrinsically and always knows [past lives]; it is not that previously he was completely unaware of them.
